Systems range from 28 kW to 1.8 MW, on rooftops and parking canopies, for retail centers, office parks, industrial buildings, schools and colleges, multifamily housing and houses of worship — structured as power purchase agreements, site-lease community solar, or customer-owned systems.

Our deepest market. Massachusetts projects run largely as community solar under the SMART program, paying host property owners site-lease income while local subscribers receive bill credits. Highlights: the 1.8 MW hybrid rooftop-and-canopy system at a commercial office park in Newton, a 701 kW parking canopy for a community church in Hopkinton, and 537 kW on an educational institute in Jamaica Plain.
